An outdated bathroom from the nineties, although in good shape, was replaced to modernize the look of this space. A large, custom vanity with granite top and his and her basine sinks in dark shaker style wood cabinetry was a good contrast to the very sleek and modern tub toilet and shower stall. New doors and new honed porcelain floor tiles made the space a much more uodated space. A much bigger appearance and more natural light were a great goal that was achieved well. New doors helped to bring a more contemporary look. |

A previous attempt to update a very outdated seventies bathroom just weren’t enough for this space. Literally everything was redone right down to the studs, including new insulation. The bathtub was converted to a beautiful walk in shower an a new toilet installed. A new vanity with a large custom mirrored medicine cabinet an a granite top really spruced up this old room well. Large format scored porcelain tile helped to make the room look larger, and new lighting (including new potlights in the shower) really made this bathroom in to a new space. |

This shower had started to show its age, but wasn’t leaking too much. Unfortunately, a lot of structural repair had to be done to the wall and floor structures below—it was just left too long. The nice thing was that it led to this nice new shower. A bigger space than normal, this new shower turned out beautifully. An integrated bench and a large curtain glass wall and entry make this a great shower for one. Or ten. Porcelain wall tile with mosaic insert. Matching wall, floor and ceiling tile with a nice white contrast grout. |
|
The rest of this bathroom was in pretty good, but dated, shape. However, in keeping with the new shower, the rest of the space was redone. New porcelain flooring with a complementary vanity with a granite top and vessels sink worked great with the existing cedar ceiling planking. The existing corner soaker tub was replaced with a beautiful freestanding spa tub. Custom cedar benches made to match benches elsewhere in the house finished the bathroom off with a nice rustic feel. |

This was a typical subdivision builders bathroom from the nineties that a new owner wanted gutted and redone—but on a tight budget. New ceramic floor, wainscoting and plinth tiles and a complementary paint job worked well with a new off the shelf vanity in dark wood with a granite top. A new white American Standard toilet and soaker tub are the workhorses of this bathroom. The existing closet shower was redone all in white to match the fixtures. |
|
This bathroom was in rough shape, so the owner wanted it redone—and went all out on everything. Hansgrohe faucets, Toto toilet, a Rubinet tub filler, and a Victoria and Albert volcanic limestone bathtub were just the start. Handcut and polished marble floor tile and sawn milkglass tile on the shower and wainscoting really made for an over the top bathroom. Heated floors and an Italian Nella Vetrina vanity were the cherry on top. The enormous shower stall even had its own heated floor. Even we were overwhelmed with the cost and detail that went into this bathroom |

A new owner of their first home was quite dismayed to find this old bathroom was full of rot. Repairs and mold abatement had to be done, but once that headache was cured, a simple and inexpensive but elegant bathroom was built in its place. New lights, vanity and mirror—all off the shelf and affordable, brightened up the sink area and made it much more usable. A new toilet and a simple tub and faucet made for a great new showpiece. The old closet shower was replaced with an acrylic slide in one piece from Mirolin. Durable porcelain tiles in brown and a contrasting wall colour made the room warm and inviting |
